How To Bypass MegaUpload Limits

Firefox

1. Install the “User Agent Switcher” extension from here…

2. Restart Firefox
3. Go to the “Tools” menu and open “User Agent Switcher”>”Options”>”Options”
4. Click “User Agents”>”Add”

Now enter the following into the corresponding fields and leave the rest empty…

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; Alexa Toolbar)

5. Click OK twice to finish adding “User Agent”
6. From now, before downloading a file from MegaUpload, just go “Tools”>”User Agent Switcher” and click “MEGAUPLOAD”

Internet Explorer/Maxthon/Avant Browser

1. Click the “Start” menu and click “Run”, type “regedit” (without quote marks) into the box and click ok

2. When the “Registry Editor” opens find:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\User Agent\Post Platform

3. Right click “Post Platform” and go to “New”>”String Value” and type “Alexa Toolbar” (without quote marks)

4. Restart PC. Done!
